Neovalis support is provided by qualified engineers. You can choose between basic support, which is free, and premium support.


Basic Support

You can reach us via email (support@neovalis.com). We will answer support calls on a first come first serve basis. Some extensive support requests involving customer code or special customer infrastructure related problems and immediate bug fix requirements require the purchase of a support ticket.


Premium Support

Our subscription based premium support gives you priority access to our support staff and a direct escalation to our developers, if needed.

The premium support is only 100 USD per month, with a one year contract term.
